In Warsaw schools we conduct regular activities for our young geniuses: chess games, experiments, memory strategies, Chinese, public performance, financial intelligence and many more. Children can spend time in a creative way, learning through play.

Experiments
How to make a piece of paper change its colour after putting it to transparent liquid? How to create a volcano with red lava? How to make a baloon bigger without using air? Our workshops are a great chance to discover empirically world of physics and chemistry. During lessons children make simple and safe experiments under the watchful eye of qualified experts. Experiments are fascinating and make children interested in discovering science on their own. Workshops consist of theoretical and practical parts. Our experts explain children what experiments consist in in an interesting and simple way. Then children can make them on their own, so that they learn and remember material much more easily. During our workshops children will find out that kinetics, dynamics and hydrostatics are not boring!
Chess
Sport activity which is probably the most demanding intellectually. It develops concentration, reflex, memory, strategic thinking and ability of prediction. The game has a great potential – it combines fun and analytical thinking. We encourage you to train your concentration! The course is prepared for children with various levels of chess proficiency. Young geniuses start their chess adventure, learning pieces’ movements, fundamentals and terms like: castling, stalemate, opening. Children with more experience are working on strategy and developing their skills under the watchful eye of professionals. What is more, we organize chess tournaments for all participants of our course. Thanks to that, children can experience the spirit of rivalry.
First aid
JHow to provide first aid? Why is it worth to eat healthy and be active? Where cough does come from? Why do we need appendix? Why do we cry? Why Vit. C is so important? These questions and many others will be answered during our medical workshops. All important information, no non-relevant theory, a lot of practice, thanks to which you can save someone’s life. Thanks to practical aspects of medicine and biology, children can understand principles of human body’s functioning.
Memory and strategies
How to quickly memorize the whole material for a test and have some free time for yourself? What to do to go shopping and not to forget anything? How to avoid constant situations in which you are looking for keys? Children learn various memory strategies through Tony Buzan’s method and many others. Thanks to memory developed in young age it is easier to memorize the material in a high school or at university. Children will become convinced that learning is fun.
Performance
How to perform without any stress and not to be afraid of criticism? How to be self-confident, learn from mistakes and present yourself in front of an audience? Everybody, it doesn’t matter if they are 5 or 50 years old, performs in public all the time. Since very early age children take part in school events – they sing, recite poems and, first of all, they have to express their opinions at school. How many times you were so scared when answering your teacher’s questions that you forgot everything you had learnt? Public speaking is very problematic and stressful for many people. During our training children learn how to perform in front of the audience.
Building self-confidence
During the workshops, we teach children what self-confidence is, and we also show tools and techniques on how to work on it. We practice courage, we teach how to overcome our own limitations and in a friendly atmosphere we help to go through the process of strengthening self-esteem. Confident children are more likely to participate in social and school life, persistently pursue their goals without giving up and take up challenges, which is why it is worth investing in it.
Dealing with emotions
Research shows that children who demonstrate good emotional control perform better in school, form lasting relationships, and cope better in adulthood. We teach how to name emotions, recognize them and show children how to deal with sadness, failure, shame or anger. In a friendly way, we support the development of emotional intelligence, from which they will benefit throughout their lives.
Chinese
Where Chinese characters come from? How can we read them? Where can you use Chinese? Children learn a short story concerning particular Chinese words and main expressions. China is economical power, therefore, it is worth to learn Chinese. What is more, not many people can speak Chinese. Young children learn basic expressions and Chinese culture through play . Something, which is a great adventure for children, can be a great advantage in the future
Creative thinking
How can you use a toilet paper or an empty bottle in ten different ways? How to play with toys which do not have access to Wi-Fi and power energy? What if people were able to walk through walls? Through play we teach creativity, association of facts, which seem to be unrelated, and show how to find untypical and original solutions.
Law
An apple tree grows on my neighbour’s plot of land. Can I eat an apple which falls on my side of the fence? What does the court do? What is a conflict of interest? Teddy is put in the dock. Will a barrister defend him? Will the judge issue a harsh sentence?
Architecture
Why do we still admire buildings designed by Gaudi? Who designs modern skyscrapers? What should the urban space look like? Children will learn what an architect should remember about, how to connect different landscape elements and remember about their functionality at the same time. Thanks to classes with a town planner, children will develop their imagination and spatial thinking. Everybody will design an estate of their dreams.
Finance inteligence
How to save money for a favourite game? What is a risk? How to learn from mistakes and jump to constructive conclusions? Why isn’t it possible to print more money? Through economy and finance presented in a simple form children will understand why is it worth to save money and how they can become economists being 7 years old. Thanks to understanding the simplest mechanisms of economy or legal tenders, children will be able to make good financial decisions in the future.
Great composer and painters
Who was Lady with an Ermine? Why did Van Gogh paint such strange spots? What are the characteristics of the painting style of a man with moustache who painted strange “soft” clocks? While playing and drawing children learn how to recognize art styles and the greatest paintings, such as „Sunflowers” by Van Gogh, „Lady with an Ermine” by Leonardo da Vinci, “The Scream” by Munch and many more. Interesting stories stimulate imagination and retention.

Sending an e-mail containing the child’s name, contact to parents, preferred location and selected activities..
Together with a confirmation of the reservation you will receive a consent on your child’s participation in a course, a document confirming that you agree on your child being collected from a day room by our trainee and our regulations via e-mail. Please, sign all documents and send to us or bring them on the first day of the course.
